Collective bargaining is neither a right or a privilege, and is certainly not an amendmant as many believe. Instead, it is a business arrangement between parties that have agreed on pay and benefits for jobs performed by workers for an employer. In the case of Madison Wisconsin, collective bargaining has become a forced issue that can be considered exploitive by the demands of the unions. Some will say that Unions are simply parasitical to this process as most states do have labor laws.
